It is located near Ariccia, a delightful little town with a marvellous panoramic central plaza designed by the famous Baroque architect Bernini, celebrated for its inexpensive typical restaurants. The nearest Rome’s subway station, reachable also by direct bus, is just 2.5 miles from the house. Easy accessible from the two main Rome airports: 40 minutes from Fiumicino/Leonardo da Vinci and 20 minutes from Ciampino. Well connected with the main freeways surrounding Rome. It has a very spacious living room with fireplace, TV and stereo, a study, three bathrooms. The ample patio, equipped with sun curtain and complete garden furniture, is ideal for relaxing while cooking a dinner on the stone barbecue. The kitchen is finely full equipped with refrigerator, freezer, toaster, oven, microwave oven, exhaust fan. In the villa you will find all the needed bed and bathroom linen. A washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board are at your disposal. Daily price 1-4 pax: Euros 85; 4-8 pax: Euros 100. This convenient location allows you to dwell in a cool ample accommodation in the heart of nature, and reach Rome in minutes using subway or the broad fast highways surrounding the city: the nearest subway stop, reachable also by direct bus, is just 2.5 miles from the house, while you can reach Rome by car in no more than twenty minutes. Even to reach Romes congested historic center by car is not a problem: thanks to the direct, easy to follow highways you can be at the Palatine (close to piazza Venezia) or at the Colosseum in about 35 minutes, without any access permit and without parking problems.
